Our Values

We believe that there is one God, existing in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, co-existant and co-eternal.

We believe that God created all things from nothing through His Word.

We believe that all of Scripture is God-breathed.

We believe that the original manuscripts are reliable and trustworthy.  They are the unique, full and final authority on all matters of faith and practice, and there are no other writings similarly inspired by God. 

Jesus, the Son, is the second Person of the Trinity.  He has always existed and is fully God and fully human, born by the miracle of a virgin birth.​

When Jesus died on the cross He was punished in our place. He physically rose from the dead and then returned to Heaven. One day He will return to judge the living and the dead.​

The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity.  He speaks to people about their need for God's forgiveness. Once we become a Christian, He transforms us so that we can be like Jesus and live pure and obedient lives.  He also gives us the power to do the things that Jesus did.

Marriage between one man and one woman is a creation ordinance. The bible teaches that the only context for sexual activity is within lifelong, monogamous marriage between a man and a woman. 

Only God has the authority to begin and end life. Therefore any act which takes this responsibility upon ourselves (eg. abortion, IVF, assisted dying) is wrong.
